At Shellharbour City Children's Centre, we are proud of our childcare philosophy; to provide children with exceptional beginnings. Our Shellharbour programs support young children in gaining a sense of who they are and where they belong, with opportunities to evolve individually and intellectually. From our programs to meals, every aspect of our childcare approach has a purpose.
Our vision for our children is about creating an environment that fosters chances for them to prosper and find their footing—figuratively and literally! Our early educators provide your child with guidance, respect and understanding; they will become who they are as holistically as possible.

Our philosophy is focused on several beliefs, all of which play a role in how our childcare centre functions:
